How are you supposed to effectively choose a bow for your outfit, without being able to see all of the possibilities???
Yet again, this was NOT my idea, but a tutorial my sister, Brandy found on the internet to hold Ivy's hair clippies. I think it turned out sooo cute, and will match her room perfectly! The best part is, the only thing I bought was the canvas, and it was on SALE!
This is how you do it...soooo easy!
This is how you do it...soooo easy!Buy a regular old painter's canvas from a craft store--it doesn't matter what size, but mine is 11 x 14, I think...
using a staple gun (I used a freaking regular stapler and was cursing myself the whole time), staple a layer of batting around the canvas. (side, side, top, bottom).
Next lay your fabric of choice down and staple gun in the same manner on top of the batting.
Pick a bunch of random ribbons and staple them in rows on top of that and Voila! Masterpiece. It took me about 20 minutes, I'd say.
If you don't get my instructions, which would be my fault not yours...you can call me and I can try to explain myself better.

So fun! I wish I had a reason to make one.
So cute and fun, but next time you need a staple gun I'll let you use mine, we wouldn't want to have you cursing yourself again;)
