Last year for Christmas, I got a steam canner. I've been dying to do something with it and I was finally able to today! (11 months later...sad) My mom sent me a box of the best Washington Apples, so I got busy and turned these mommas:
into these jars ready to be made into an apple crisp or an apple pie!
I've still got half a box left to make homemade applesauce. I can't wait for tomorrow!
