My neighbors Blanca and Francis came over today to teach me how to make authentic Mexican refried beans...they were so good, they reminded me of Las Margaritas {a mexican restaurant we used to go to in Woodinville when I was little}. AND...the best part is that Max (who only likes refried bean flakes from the cannery) loved them! score!
I can't wait to try to make them on my own!
