homework!

Friday, Max was sent home with homework...is it funny that I was totally excited?  I know I'll probably dread homework later, but he was given a huge red heart to decorate any way he wanted.  Fun homework, right?  I didn't want to just give him the heart to color or put stickers on... {cop out}, so I asked him if he wanted to practice sewing, and he was so excited!  I punched  him some holes and gave him some ribbon...

 then we painted his hands, and played with the magic of the white crayon that 'never works'  

best homework ever...we can't wait for Monday to turn it in!
