I don't usually take my camera to the beach...it's just one more thing to carry, and keep track of. But since JEFF WAS HOME, I repeat, Jeff was home! I splurged. We had a fun time, but I was FREEZING, and wishing that I had a hoodie on!

He was so cute to watch! Actually, my favorite part was every couple of minutes, Max would turn around to look for us. He kept mistaking the bald guy next to us for Jeff, and he kept waving at him. hee hee. I think the guy finally clued in on it, but it was making us laugh!
and once Ivy finished snacking, she took an interest in the water...DANG! But thank goodness Jeff was there so I could sit my booty directly in the warm sand to try and soak up it's warmth. brrrr!

Fun, fun, fun! We did the same thing, but I think your beach was quite a bit warmer than ours ;-) Thanks for posting pictures of your kids. I feel like I am watching them grow and getting to know them a little, even though we're miles away. Sure miss you!
p.s. are you single? you give the impression that Jeff is rarely home. well, if anyone can handle it, it's you, but seriously! Wish I lived closer to give you a hand when you're flying solo!
